Beyond was born to promote the exchange of ideas and innovation within our sector, to connect local suppliers with passionate South American experts in an environment that fosters communication and community.

Lima is a city with a perfect harmony between tradition and modernity. When walking its streets, it amazes to find archaeological sites, coexisting with magnificent churches and colonial-style mansions with balconies, as well as with contemporary buildings. This is why in 1991, its Historic Center was declared Cultural Heritage of Humanity, with the aim of protecting its exceptional artistic monuments.
In addition to its architectural beauty and historical value, Lima is also the only South American capital that faces the sea. Its waves are ideal for surf lovers, and on the boardwalk in the top of the cliffs, visitors enjoy revitalizing bike rides and walks. Adventurers have the option of paragliding flights over the Pacific Ocean.
The abundance of the Peruvian natural pantry, and the cultural diversity that can be found in Lima, have turned it into a world-class gastronomic epicenter. Some of the most awarded and renowned restaurants and chefs in the region gather here.
Lima is a city in constant transformation in which past and present meet in every corner; a city of unforgettable aromas, flavors, views and colors. This is the ideal setting to receive visitors from all over the world: the perfect venue for Beyond.
